ERP PROJECT MANAGER (Rif.: FDR1039)
Main purpose of the job:
Plan overall project in terms of resources, scheduling, project portfolio and internal and external project communication, execute project decision making, facilitate internal project communication, represent project to external and reports towards Steering Committee (SC) and other project stakeholders. Together with controller, ensure that project objectives in terms of time, budget and impact are met.
Key Duties/responsibilities:
•Manage, coordinate and monitor project portfolio and project deliverables
•Decide on project targets, project responsibility, and use of resources
•Empowered to ensure sufficient resources (e.g. subject matter experts) and in line with budget and time plan
•Monitor, support and report progress of deliverables
•Approve strategies and measures within project scope
•Solicit higher-level project decisions from SC
•Prepare Steering Committees
•Represent project towards stakeholders
•Accountable to SC for project status and progress and reporting correct and complete communication towards the SC
•Accountable towards SC to achieve the project objectives in terms of time, budget and realization
•Workstream leaders accountable to ERP project manager and controlling to report correct and complete information and implement decisions and vice versa for reporting project status
Reports to: IT Director
Essential experiences:
About 40 years old, Degree: Computer Engineering / Telecommunications Engineering or Management Engineering, fluent in english
Experience in B2B ERP implementation, SAP manufacturing or SAP (or other ERP) Consulting, experience in ERP project management.
