The role of Production and Engineering Director encompasses the supply of water treatment equipment from order signature through to shipping and supply logistics for aftermarket sales.

The engineering department produces the detailed engineering for production build and also the range of documentation required by customers in markets such as power and petrochem.

The production facility includes steel tank fabrication and assembly of complex water treatment plants including filtration, softening, reverse osmosis, ultra-filtration and EDI. Logistics and shipping manage the warehouse, in bound and goods dispatch to destinations all across EMEA.

This is challenging role to update current practises and drive increased quality and efficiency through engineering and the factory.
The successful candidate will be a strong engineering leader able to implement standard systems and procedures for design and manufacture as well has having a strong background in production and factory management. Ideally from a water industry background, however demonstrating improvements in engineering and production processes will carry more weight than industry background.
Part of the Italian Management Team the role could potentially grow to EMEA wide.
