General Manager for production unit of Company based in China.

The primary objective of the GM is to be a direct representative capable of taking and making decisions on behalf of the Company and is responsible for all aspects of a company’s operation. The GM must possess good administrative skills, public relations skills necessary to enhance overall operations. He will supervise and train personnel in procedures established by Company. The GM will also act as representative of the Company. The GM will make suggestions/recommendations that could enhance or streamline operations.

Italian resident (with good knowledge of Chinese and English language) or Chinese (with good knowledge of Italian and English language), 40-50 years old.

Minimum 3 years of direct experience in management roles in China.
