Risk Manager & Cost Analyst Supply Chain
(Rif.: FDR1035)

He/She is responsible to perform the following activities:

1.Activities with financial critical suppliers:
•Evaluationof the crisis and the reasons at the supplier; initialization of legal activities together with legal department; coordination of the activities with HQ Risk Management.

2.Securing of parts availability in manufacturing line:
•Merge of all necessary information from Logistics/Finance/Purchasing (related parts numbers; stock situation; tooling property situation);
•Definition of short term actions with the insolvency manager;
• Negotiation with subsuppliers to guarantee no shortages.

3.Evaluationof possible financial critical suppliers
•Early diagnosis of critical situations, avoiding of supply difficulties.

4.Cost analysis activities:
•Cost analyzing, benchmark calculations and supply chain analysis at the supplier;
•Close collaboration with Cost Analysis;

5.Material and development cost analysis:
•Manufacturing process analysis at the supplier worldwide;
•Evaluationof direct and indirect cost structures;
•Recalculation of part prices and development costs;
•Discussion of the results with the supplier and the responsible series buyer;
•Realization of potentials and tracking of the results.

Requirements:
Age : 32/38 years
Qualification: Degree in economics or engineering
Experience : 6/8 years experience in same role (Purchasing e Cost Analysis division) in the automotives industry
Knowledge of languages : Fluent English, good German
