The success on the European solar energy market is currently driving a substantial expansion of the R&D resources of CLIENT.
THE POSITION
As a competent and experienced Senior Power Engineer, you will get a central role in driving the hardware development in the company. You will be part of a dynamic R&D team, developing net connected inverters with a capacity of 2-50 kW.
You will be responsible for ensuring consistency during the entire development process, being active from the early design phases, through construction, integration, verification, certification until production begins.
You will continuously establish a wide knowledge-base about the products, and not forgetting the effect electronics in the products.
Your primary tasks will be
Responsibility for product power design and time estimates
Ensuring consistency and reliability in power solutions
Ensuring standardization and reuse of hardware
Responsibility for subprojects within design, development, simulation, test and documentation of effect electronics
Participating when testing new products
Supporting less experienced colleagues
Contributing to the establishment, transfer and utilization of hardware knowledge, competencies, methods and tools
THE CANDIDATE
You probably have an education as power engineer, and hold a M.Sc within effect electronics.
As a person, you are of good humour and have a positive attitude to life. You are open for new opportunities and enjoy working in an organization with high ambitions and a rapid growth.

Furthermore, you are characterised by
Having at least 5 years’ experience within development of effect electronics.
Taking initiative, having a good overview and at the same time being systematic and analytic.
Being able to plan and finish your tasks, supplemented with very good documentation
Being a team player, but also to work individually
Good command of technical English, both orally and written

Fixed salary package (about 90.000EUR )
